At PUGNA, we are committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our website, make purchases, or interact with our services. Return for Defective Product
The customer has the right to return the product if it is defective or does not conform to what was ordered.
The return can be requested within 4 days after notification of the defect , and it is necessary that:
- The product keeps the original identification label ;
- The customer must contact PUGNA by email, attaching, whenever possible, photographs of the defect.
Upon receipt of the product, PUGNA will analyze it and notify you via email. If the defect is confirmed, the full amount paid will be refunded within 15 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return due to Withdrawal
PUGNA products are produced to individual demand. Therefore, returns due to withdrawal are not accepted , except in cases where a defect or non-conformity is found, as described in the previous item.
To avoid size-related mistakes, we recommend that you consult the size chart available on the website in advance.
Return of Offered Products
In the event that a product offered is defective, the return must be made by the person who made the purchase .
The recipient of the offer must contact the person who purchased the item so they can begin the return process.
If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed, the total amount paid will be refunded, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
How to Return or Exchange
STEP 1 – Contact PUGNA
Send an email to: pugna.designs.official@gmail.com , describing the situation and attaching photographs, if applicable.
2nd STEP – Wait for Response
PUGNA will respond within a maximum period of 5 working days , with the decision and, if applicable, the address for sending the product.
3. STEP 1 – Prepare for Shipping
Place the product in suitable packaging (it can be the original or another cardboard box in good condition), properly closed, and address it to the indicated address.
4th STAGE – Analysis and Resolution
After receiving and analyzing the product, the customer will be informed about the refund or shipment of the new item, as applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 4 calendar days after receipt of the order , exclusively in case of defect or non-conformity.
The process is the same as described above.
